How much tea?
I have three cups of tea daily. Once in the morning, then evening and then at night. I generally drink black tea, no milk. Also I don’t have it filled till the brim just 3/4 of the cup is sufficient. Too much tea at one time makes me feel sick:)
Filled to the brim!
I like my tea cup to be filled with the brim. I like to inhale the scent of fresh green tea leaves and mint. To feel the first hot sip down my throat. It is pleasure to drink it in the morning with the newspaper.
