How much tea?
I have three cups of tea daily. Once in the morning, then evening and then at night. I generally drink black tea, no milk. Also I don’t have it filled till the brim just 3/4 of the cup is sufficient. Too much tea at one time makes me feel sick:)

A product of Camellia siunensis leaves green tea is a a tea originated in China. Generally of three types green tea are found in three forms mainly the infused type, dry type and the liquid type. The infused type are generally more greener that the rest two types.
