How long since Green tea?
It has been more than six months since I started drinking green tea. The results have been slow initially but looking back at my old photos I am better now. With more than 30 pounds lost, I feel more fit, cool and healthy.

Too much of anything is not always good!
2 to 3 cups is the standard consumption allowed for green tea. If you consume more green tea than it is not good as high levels of caffeine can cause problems starting from insomnia, hair loss and indigestion. Green tea taken sparingly is very good but equally harmful if taken in access.

I don’t give a damn about drinking too much green tea. If I feel like it I drink it. Mostly when I am knackered I drink up to more than 7 cups of green tea. Give me a caffeine boost:)
